Shop policies

Delivery

Delivery within the UK is charged at a discounted rate of £3.50 and sent via Royal Mail - Second Class ‘Signed For’ service for a small parcel.

Orders & Processing times for jewellery

For jewellery stocked on the website, you will receive a dispatch email when your order is on its way to you. Please allow three days to dispatch your item and up to 7 days including delivery, in case of any delays.

As each piece is handmade, any jewellery that was not in stock at the time of order (such as bespoke pieces or made to order sizes etc) will have a lead in time which will vary depending on the piece itself. You will be able to discuss this via email when placing your bespoke order.

Returns and Exchanges

Excluding earrings & BESPOKE ORDERS*, all items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt provided they are unworn and in their original condition. Please contact hello@eastnook.com to arrange.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. The studio will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post, so we advise returning via a recorded service.

Items sent back to the studio without an agreement in place, are not guaranteed a refund or replacement. Please make sure to contact the studio in the first instance so that we can advise and provide you the correct return address where needed.

Exchanging an item will depend on stock levels, although we are flexible on exchange options, so please have a browse to see if there is a similar item that you make like. The customer will incur the return postage and replacement postage costs.

*Due to hygiene laws, earrings cannot be returned.

Correct Sizing

It is the customers responsibility to select the correct ring size before placing an order. If you need help to measure for a ring size, please get in touch.

After your order is placed, if you decide that you need a ring or chain resized there will be a fee for the remaking or resizing and return postage.

If it is a ring/chain from a collection that we have in stock in your size, we will be happy to exchange the unworn item and you will just pay for the additional postage costs.

Please let us know of any issues within 7 days of receiving the item.

Any items for exchange must be unworn and in their original condition.
