‘Isla’, brings inspiration from her favourite Islands of Lefkas, Mujeres and Mull, where vibrant colours pop from coast beaten pastels. Each piece is hand sculpted in porcelain, bamboo or teak, hand painted and glazed and finished in silver or gold.
Mixing sea smoothed and weathered textures with chain, rope, wood or rubber – Encompassing the Isles.
‘Mothers Cupboards’ is inspired by objects from the family home. Remodelling industrial shapes like that of her fathers reclaimed chemistry instruments, into delicate materials such as porcelain, and mixing with mohair and fine knitted wires in romantic ashen shades, reminiscent of her great grandmothers beaded purses.
An amalgamation of shapes and materials to create quirky yet sophisticated, sleek contemporary jewellery.
